Muddy 13 Truck Rules
- Trucks racing, Your class is determined by your tire size. The exception to this rule is. “The owner/driver/racing team has made so many modification to the vehicle used in the race that it can no longer legally run the streets or it can reasonably determined by a average person that said machine is largely overpowered for the class their running in.
Some Example Are:
- Engine location
- Paddle tires / Ag tires
- Juiced motors / HP motors
- A complete dis-regard for the Mother Nature and the Ozone Layer cuz it’s the baddest thing anyone has seen.
- No riders are permitted in racers truck while competing .
- While in staging, Racers take their ques from staff working that area.
- While at start line, Racers take their ques from the racing lights.
- Racers will begin their run at the line. “Getting a running start is not permitted.”
- Loose items, Have to be secured to vehicle or removed til your runs are complete.
- Racers will hook tow line to their own trucks.
- Race pit is 200' long.
- Race pit is controlled by lasers. Laser starts the moment your vehicle crosses the starting line. Lasers stops the moment your vehicle cross the finish line.
- If you get stuck, We will measure the distance to the front bumper.
- Racers get 2 runs.
- Racers times are totaled for a combined time and trophies are awarded 1st thru 3rd based on total fastest times. “If no one makes it thru the pit, the greatest combined distances are awarded 1st thru 3rd.
- If you can’t continue racing for what ever reason. Please let someone know so we don’t waste time looking for you.
- In the event of a technical difficulty, Racer(s) will awarded an additional run. Determined by Time Keeper Only!
- In the event of technical malfunction, Race(s) will be controlled by a stop watch. Determined by the Pit Boss or Time Keeper.
